Returns & Exchanges Policy

To initiate a return or exchange for an online purchase, please use the ‘MAKE A RETURN’ button located on our website. You will need your order number and the email address used for the purchase. After selecting the reason for your return or exchange, your prepaid return shipping label will be automatically generated and sent to you via email.

Please ensure that all items are returned in unworn, perfect condition, with all original tags attached, and placed securely inside their original packaging. A standard processing fee will be applied to all returns shipped by mail and will be deducted from the total refund amount. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

The return period is 30 days from the date your order was shipped. Refunds for eligible items returned by mail or in-store will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please be aware that all items marked as “Final Sale” or discounted by 50% or more are not eligible for return or refund. They may be eligible for an exchange only, subject to product availability. All items purchased during specific online promotional events are also considered final sale.

Price Adjustment Policy
We offer a one-time price adjustment on items purchased at the regular price within 14 days of the original purchase date. An original invoice is required to process this request.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. They retain their value for future purchases.

Final Sale Items
All products clearly marked as “Final Sale” or discounted by 50% or more cannot be returned or refunded. Exchanges may be permitted for these items. Promotional offers cannot be combined.
